As resorts go, Hisaronu is a bit of a newcomer. About 30 years ago it was just another sleepy village, but when neighbouring Olu Deniz needed more tourist accommodation, Hisaronu stepped up to the plate. Since then, this spot just inland on Turkeys south-west coast has become a major player in its own right.

There are occasional Turkish nights, too. You can enjoy a barbecue dinner followed by performances from belly dancers, traditional folk dancers and a staff dance. Themed nights are included if youre staying Half Board, but if youre staying on a Bed and Breakfast basis youll need to pay a little extra.
