Deep Fry From Frozen
Heres how to cook 500g of McCain roasts.
If cooking a different amount, adjust the cooking time accordingly. To get the best results cook from frozen.
Not suitable for air fryers.
1. Preheat the oven to 210C Fan/Gas mark 7.
2. Preheat a deep tray with no holes for 5 minutes.
3. Spread roasts in a single layer & place in centre of oven.
4. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes turning occasionally for a crispy golden finish.
