How to Claim:Purchase a qualifying Muller Corner 6-pack (Qualifying Product) in a selected Sainsburys store (excludes Sainsburys local and online) during the Promotional Period. Present the Promotional Spoon at checkout together with the Qualifying Product. A valid Nectar card must be scanned as part of the transaction. 2. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
3. This Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, such employees immediate families or anyone else professionally involved in the Promotion.
HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTIONAL SPOON:
4. Purchase a Qualifying Product in a selected Sainsburys store (excluding Sainsburys local) during the Promotional Period. Scan your Nectar card at checkout, together with the Promotional Spoon and the Qualifying Product.
5. One free Promotional Spoon per Qualifying Product.
6. In store only. Any purchases online will not be valid to redeem a Promotional Spoon.
7. Promotional Spoons are subject to availability. There are a total of 98,000 Promotional Spoons available.
8. Purchase of a Qualifying Product is necessary to obtain a free Promotional Spoon.
9. The Qualifying Product and Promotional Spoon must be scanned together in the same transaction to receive the free Promotional Spoon. A free Promotional Spoon cannot be obtained where it has not been scanned together in the same transaction as a Qualifying Product.
10. Qualifying Products do not include any singles, 4-packs, Muller Corner Originals or any other Muller multipacks.
11. The Promotional Spoons may also be available to purchase separately (without a Qualifying Product) at RRP £3.
PROMOTIONAL SPOON TERMS:
13. The Promotional Spoons will be available next to the Qualifying Products in-store at selected Sainsburys, while stocks last. If the Promotional Spoons are unavailable in store, no alternative gift or cash equivalent will be provided.
LIABILITY:
14. The Promoter will not be liable for failure to redeem a Promotional Spoon caused by store-level stock shortages.
15. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion.
16. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or death, resulting from entry into the Promotion or a entrants acceptance of the Promotional Spoon.
17. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, disease, disputes, third party website or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control or the acts or defaults of any suppliers of gifts.
