Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook – From Chilled :
180C / 350F / Fan 160C / Gas 4
For best results remove from the fridge for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat the oven. Place the lamb in a roasting tin on the middle shelf of the oven. For medium: 60 minutes per 500g Well done: 70 minutes per 500g.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Always follow cooking instructions – Raw meat should always be cooked thoroughly until piping hot and no pink meat remains.
Raw/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning. Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat.
For tenderness and succulence allow the lamb to rest, uncovered in a warm place for at least 5 minutes after cooking.

Keep refrigerated at -2C to 4C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. This product has been specially sealed for freshness and tenderness. The meat returns to its natural colour within 2 to 3 minutes of opening.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
