Returns Process
We carefully inspect all orders twice before dispatch. Any claims of faulty items will be thoroughly examined for tampering or damage.
To return your item, generate a DPD return label (UK only): kindly note that £2.99 will be deducted from your order amount when the refund is processed.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are charged for parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an item is returned to us for this reason and you choose not to have it re-shipped, you will be liable for the return cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, if you have requested a reshipment and then refuse delivery, or if you have ordered and refused delivery, you will be charged both the reshipping fee and the return-to-sender fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund accordingly.

Returns Policy
Timeframe: You have 28 days from the date you received your order to return an item.
Faulty Items: You must notify us of any faults within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we cannot issue a refund and may return the item to you at your expense.
Please ensure all returned items are placed inside a parcel bag or box for return. If a returns label or sticker is applied directly to the product packaging (e.g. on a shoe box or item bag), we will be unable to resell the item, and no refund will be issued
