We understand that sometimes an item doesnt work for you and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in the same condition as it was sent to you, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
Please note: We do not accept returns for any swimwear, underwear or Beauty products as a matter of hygiene.
Our returns process can take up to 14 days to complete, this begins from the date the return is shipped.

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order arrives. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. Original shipping costs will only be refunded if all the items in an order are returned.
Items returned within 14 days of receipt will be issued with a full refund by way of the original payment method.
If you want a refund for an item during the above time frame but you cant return it to us for some reason, please get in touch and let us know. Please note that any refund will be at our discretion.

Want to exchange an item
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once theyve been received by our warehouse. If you want a different item, youll just need to place a new order.
