2. Eligibility
2.1 This campaign is open to:
– UK residents aged 18 or over
– Existing LNER Perks members who were existing Perks members on or prior to 10 April 2026
– AND (for Groups AE see below) transacted within last 3 years
2.2 Employees of LNER, its agencies, suppliers or anyone involved in the setup of this campaign, are not eligible.
2.3 Making a purchase during the campaign period will not affect eligibility, group placement or reward allocation.
2.4 Customers may only claim their gift once.
2.5 LNER is not responsible for invalid or incorrectly registered email addresses associated with Perks accounts.
3. How to Take Part
3.1 Eligible members will receive a personalised link via an offer in the LNER App (in the My LNER area) or email (via the address linked to your Perks account) directing them to their unique campaign landing page.
3.2 To take part, members must visit the landing page by 23:59 on 31 May 2026 to reveal and claim their gift.
3.3 Each link is unique to the Perks member it was sent to. If a link is forwarded, any gift revealed can only be applied to the original account holder.
3.4 Customers can only redeem their gift once.
3.5 Gift allocation is predetermined based on each members Perks credit balance as of 10 April 2026.
4. Gift Allocation Groups & Chances
4.1 As part of this campaign, you can receive one of two gifts. Outcomes are preassigned and not generated at the point of reveal. No element of chance is involved at the point of reveal.

4.2 Your Perks credit balance on 10 April 2026 determines your group:
Group A – if you hold £0 Credit and transacted with LNER within the last 3 years (as of 10 April 2026)
5% of this group will get £5 Perks credit
Group B – If you hold £0.01 to £4.99 Credit and transacted with LNER within the last 3 years (as of 10 April 2026)
30% of this group will get £5 Perks credit
Group C – If you hold exactly £5.00 Credit and transacted with LNER within the last 3 years (as of 10 April 2026)
10% of this group will get £5 Perks credit
Group D – If you hold £5.01 to £15 Credit and transacted with LNER within the last 3 years (as of 10 April 2026)
50% of this group will get £5 Perks credit
Group E – If you hold over £15 Credit and transacted with LNER within the last 3 years (as of 10 April 2026)
25% of this group will get £10 Perks credit
Group F If you are a Perks member and havent transacted with LNER within the last 3 years (as of 10 April 2026)
100% of this group will get 10 competition entries
4.3 The competition can also be entered via the LNER App, you will have x1 entry. Entrants who receive x10 competition entries, can also enter the competition via the LNER App for an additional x1 entry. If you receive 10 entries, you can have a maximum of 11 in total
4.5 Balances are calculated to two decimal places and pending credit is not included
5. Gift Rules
5.1 Gifts (credit or competition entries) cannot be transferred, exchanged or shared. This applies to sharing with a someone else or if you have another Perks account.
5.2 If a customer is gifted Perks credit, it will be applied to their account within 72 hours. It will not appear immediately, but it will be received.
5.2 Any Perks credit awarded:
– Must be used by 26 July 2026
– Is only valid on eligible LNER Advance tickets
– Will expire after this date with no reinstatement.
