Denis Villeneuve returns to direct this second instalment of the adaptation of Frank Herberts epic sci-fi novel. Following on from the events of Dune (2020), Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) swears vengeance on those who betrayed his family and caused the downfall of the House of Atreides. Meanwhile, Paul must prove himself to gain the allegiance of the Fremen but his relationship with Chani (Zendaya) causes unrest and he is forced to confront the prophecies which, if they come to fruition, spell doom for Arrakis. As news travels of Pauls upsurgence, his enemies both old and new prepare for the ultimate battle. The cast also includes Christopher Walken, Florence Pugh and Austin Butler.
