How to cook
Oven Chilled
Fan 170C
Gas 5
Pre-heat oven Fan 170C/Gas 5.
Remove from all packaging, place joint into a roasting tin, allow to stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Optional: drizzle with oil and season.
Cook near middle of the oven for Medium 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes.
Well Done 25 minutes per 500g plus 25 minutes.
Cover loosely with foil, stand for 10-15 minutes, remove the netting before carving.

Cook Time
– 4 hr.
Gas 1
Pre-heat oven Fan 120C/Gas 1.
Measure out 1 Litre of boiled water (Optional add two beef stock cubes/pots).
Remove from all packaging.
Sear the joint on all sides in a frying pan with a little oil, over a high heat.
Place the joint into a deep lidded casserole dish.
Add the water or beef stock to the dish, topping up with more water if the joint is not 3/4 covered.
Cook near the middle of the oven for 4 hours.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
Remove the joint from the braising juices and allow to rest for 5 mins.
Carefully remove the netting and carve/shred the joint to serve.
