trade in your device within 21 days of placing your order
The £100 additional payment will apply to 1 trade-in per order. If you trade in multiple devices in a single order, you will only receive the promotional payment for 1 device.
If you return the new product, you will no longer be eligible for the promotional amount and the old device will not be returned
Cash trade-in
If youve chosen a cash payout, once we confirm that the new tech product has not been returned within 30 days, weve received your old device, and you are eligible for the payout, we will contact you within 14 days to confirm your payout is on its way. We will then pay the £100 directly into your nominated bank or PayPal account within 2 working days.
E-gift card trade-in
If youve chosen an e-gift card payout, once we confirm the new tech product has not been returned within 30 days, weve received your old device, and you are eligible for the payout, we will contact you within 14 days to ask for your bank or PayPal details. Once your details are confirmed, youll receive the £100 within 2 working days.
