The LED indicator in the side switch shows the power status for 5 seconds after turning HD50 on.(Power LED indicator shows at one side of the switch)
Green remaining battery power is good (75%-100%).
Flash Greenremaining battery power is enough(50%-75%).
Red remaining battery power is poor (25%-50%).
Flashing Red critical power(25%), will stay flashlight red when flashlight is on.
Low Voltage Protection: If the batterys voltage is lower than 2.8V, HD50 turns off automatically to avoid battery damage by over discharge.
Operation Instructions
There are two side switch of the HD50 flashlight, the right switch controls flashlight on/off the left switch controls mode change. Besides, both of them could control the brightness of mode.
When Flashlight is OFF:
Single click the Power Switch or Mode switch to turn the flashlight on. ( Mode memory)
Long press the switch button or Mode switch to active moonlight mode.
When Flashlight is ON:
Single click the mode switch to cycle spotlight-floodlight-spotflood-red mode
Single click the power switch to turn the flashlight off
Long press the power switch or mode switch to change brightness level : Low-Medium-High
On any flashlight status(except lock out mode):
Fast double click the power switch or mode switch to active turbo mode(The last light mode you use) Another single click power switch or mode switch to return to the previously used brightness level.
triple click the power switch or mode switch to active red light flash mode another single click power switch to return to previously used brightness level.
